Meditation is the method by which man becomes fully realized and present in existence, in all dimensions, even in this physical reality, truly unstructured and authentic. Only with meditation, man begins to truly exist - the illusion is released that he began to have physical birth, illusions of the physical body. In this way, the consciousness of his soul, which he had before his birth, brings in a full presence during physical life. This is the goal of meditation. In this book we will see all the details of this accomplishment. Meditation or contemplation is a method that man awakens in the realization of reality by means of an accelerated path, to put it more accurately, a method that removes the illusion of time in which we imagine that we are something different, not what we are in reality, that we are separated from the highest reality. By meditation, man agrees with reality. Adherence to reality is the teaching and practice of meditation. Meditation is a merger with the consciousness of the soul that we had before birth in the body, and which we will have after the death of the body. Therefore, she is so appealing to people with mature souls that even the slightest hint of what meditation brings, although still unclear, gives enormous energy and inspiration for advancement, for further exercise. Meditation is a systematic awareness that never happens in nature or in existence, either spontaneously or by itself. Only in the consciousness of the Absolute is a similar awareness of itself as it happens in a man who is in deep meditation, in Samadhi. The man in meditation, therefore, repeats the essential awareness of the Apsolut according to which there is all that exists, returns to the original divine consciousness. Since she never could have been outside of her, because she is all she is, this return is experienced only as a awakening. The practice of meditation, which will be presented here, is based on copies of the texts from Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, Buddha's Great Speech on the summability of attention (Mahasatipatthian Sutta), and Brief Speech on Emptiness (Culasunn Sutta, M. 121); the instructions for sitting in the Zen meditation Jasutani-roshi (1885-1973) and my own meditation experience for the 37th year.
