The second single taken from their upcoming album “Black Swan Born White” sees the Youth expand their sound towards a grandiose post-punk pop. Already a live favourite at their increasingly intense gigs, Mads Damsgaard Kristiansen’ vocals soar above the funk-driven robo-rhythm, while an instantly addictive melody references their newwave roots. On the b side, London’s futuristic psychedelic no-wavers S. C. U. M provide a remix that drenches the vocals in waves of reverb and suspense, before the track explodes into a churning power riff.
