Caruso set a standard with his singular singing style, and influenced almost all subsequent tenors in the Italian and French operatic repertoires. Caruso made more than 260 existing recordings over a 16 year span, and made a record 863 appearances at the New York Metropolitan Opera. 30 tracks, all selections newly re-mastered.
