One of the great R&B singers of the 20th century, Chuck Jackson first came into prominence in the early 1960's when he opened for soul singer Jackie Wilson at the Apollo Theater. He was one of the first artists to record the songs of Burt Bacharach and Hal David successfully. Featured here is one of his earliest singles, "Hula Hula" B&W "Push Mr. Pride Aside." All selections newly remastered.
