Silver Patron Saints: The Songs of Jesse Malin is a tribute and benefit album, with all proceeds going to Jesse Malin’s Sweet Relief artist fund.

In May 2023, Jesse Malin suffered a rare spinal stroke that left him paralyzed from the waist down. He is now undergoing a strict daily regimen of physical therapy and stem-cell treatments.

Silver Patron Saints brings together Malin's friends and collaborators, coming together to honor the composer and his story so far. Having long supported other people’s causes, Malin is grateful to the musicians who have rallied around him during this challenging time.

Artists collaborating on this album project includes names like Bruce Springsteen, Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day), Bleachers, Counting Crows, Dinosaur Jr. Spoon, Rancid, Ian Hunter, Frank Turner and many others.
