This politically driven album blends the ferocity of hardcore punk and crossover thrash with stoner metal and grunge, all while maintaining the band's own musical identity and providing a soundtrack for mosh pits, skate parks and booze-fueled parties. Idyllwild, California stands over five thousand feet above Palm Desert, deep in the San Jacinto Mountains of Riverside County. Not the kind of place you'd expect a band of heavy rocking madmen to hail but all four members proudly call it home. Throw the Goat was created from the ashes of various Southern California rock, punk and metal bands.
