Tango Seasons

This album contains the well-known cycle "The Four Seasons" by Antonio Vivaldi and the four tango compositions from "Las Cuatro Estaciones Porteñas" (The Four Seasons in Buenos Aires) by Astor Piazzolla in the adaptation of composer Roberto Molinelli for a small ensemble. The Argentinian atmosphere is amplified by the bandoneon, which is played by the award-winning soloist Mario Stefano Pietrodarchi. The Vivaldi and Piazolla appear in this album woven into each other.
