Live at Montreux Jazz Festival 1978

NTSC/Region 0. Mixing rock with jazz, bluegrass and Celtic music, the Dixie Dregs were at the height of their powers in July of 1978 when they were asked to play the Montreux Jazz Festival. This complete performance features eleven tracks: 'Freefall', 'Leprechaun Promenade', 'Country House Shuffle', 'Patchwork', 'Attila The Hun', 'Wabash', 'Punk Sandwich', 'Wages Of Weirdness', 'Take It Off The Top', 'Catherine' and 'Dixie'. The line-up was Steve Morse, Allen Sloan, Andy West, Rod Morgenstein, Mark Parrish. Also included is a live American Bandstand performance ('Crank It Up') and interview with Dick Clark as well as a live Don Kirshner's Rock Concert performance ('Punk Sandwich'). TMM. 2005.
