In post-apocalyptic chaos, young Furiosa (Anya Taylor-Joy) is taken from her home, "The Green Place of Many Mothers", and ends up with Warlord Dementus (Chris Hemsworth) and his motorcycle gang. On their journey through the wasteland, they pass the citadel where Immortan Joe rules. The two tyrants engage in a battle for supremacy and Furiosa must survive many trials as she struggles to find her way back home.
