Kai-Ming Lai directs this Hong Kong comedy horror starring Shing Fui-on, Pauline Wong and Gloria Yip. When a Hong Kong police officer is killed in a shootout, he is brought back to life by a bolt of lightning. With regular top-ups of electricity, Tsu Hsiang (Fui-on) becomes an indomitable vigilante as he puts down any criminal who gets in his way.
