1950s comedy drama starring Bill Travers. Not content with being so small and slight in stature anymore, young Scots lad Geordie (Travers) sends away for a home body building kit in an effort to bulk himself up. As the months progress, Geordie becomes a muscley, toned athlete with a particular aptitude for hammer throwing.
As he becomes a national champion, he finds himself being selected to represent the UK in the 1956 Olympic Games in Melbourne, Australia.
