Young aristocrat Kudelia Aina Bernstein (voice of Yuka Terasaki) visits Mars and takes up the cause of improving the inhabitants' squalid living conditions. However, her intentions are met with resistance from several different economic blocs and she is forced to hire a security team to protect her as she sets about negotiating with Earth to bring about more freedom for Mars and its people.
