Women Arent Angels

Lawrence Huntington directs this 1940s British comedy starring the popular farce actors Robertson Hare and Alfred Drayton. Filmed and set during the war, the movie tracks the adventures of Alfred Bandle (Drayton) and Wilmer Popday (Hare), who run a business together and socialise in their free time. However, while Bandle is very much a lover of life and displays a carefree attitude as he seeks pleasure where he can find it, Popday is usually too worried about his wife finding out about his escapades to enjoy himself.

How will the pair cope when they find themselves involved in the activities of a spy ring?
