The Offspring is an American punk rock band formed in Huntington Beach, California in 1984. They have sold over 50 million albums worldwide, making them one of the best-selling rock acts of all time. They have been nominated 21 times and won 11 awards. Since their formation, The Offspring‘s line-up has included Dexter Holland (lead vocals, guitar), Noodles (lead and rhythm guitars, backing vocals), Greg K. (bass, backing vocals), and Ron Welty (drums, percussion), who left in 2003. Their current drummer is Pete Parada, who has been with the band since 2007. They have released eight albums so far.
