This United States Army Corps of Engineers publication, Engineer Manual EM 1110-2-2902 Engineering and Design: Conduits, Pipes, and Culverts Associated with Dams and Levee Systems December 2020, provides risk informed guidance for the life cycle of conduits, pipes, and culverts associated with U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) constructed dam and levee projects.
