Disabled Employees Preception of Communication Experiences

Organizational communication is a phenomenon that has been explored by many researchers, to study communication strategies that change the organizational culture and practices for leadership teams and disabled employees. Communication has been identified as a vital aspect of developing relationships. This qualitative exploratory case study explored employees' perceptions of communication experiences while attempting to persuade organizational goals.
