The Secret of Change

We come to this world curious, but enough people when growing up let their curiosities die out because of social suggestions and reproaches that make them believe that being curious or different is bad. For my part, I consider my curiosity to be the little genius that nature has placed in me and, in this book, you will understand that everything I teach took its source. Thanks to this curiosity, I can now look at myself and be happy with what I have accomplished on myself (this result may not be observed by others as it is purely related to the mind). I often like to say that, if I was able to do it, I know that you can do it like me or more than me. The results that you will get when you apply the principles taught in this book may not be seen by people, but I guarantee that you will not be the same person anymore, and one day, you will look at yourselves and be happy with what you have become.
