Life is a mystery which unfolds itself as we walk through it. I have personally understood that, every season which my soul goes through has a reason, which I may or may not figure out. There is a reason behind every challenge that we encounter in this journey of life. In fact life has been presented in such a way that it is accompanied by challenges which also accompany the changes we need. Seasons come and seasons go, no season was meant to last forever. We should never complain about the rain because the rainy season is for watering the earth. We need water for drinking and also growing crops amongst other things. If you have prayed for the rain, also get ready to deal with the mud that comes with it. Beautiful flowers may appear so colorful but it takes dirt to grow them. Their growing place is the opposite of what they radiate as they glow. There is no glow and beauty in dirt and mud but they provide the essential nutrients for the flowers to grow and glow. Could anybody ever master life, since it's a mystery that unfolds itself? I am convinced that there is a need to make the Master of all that pertains to life our greatest need. It could be different when He is the one in charge and the one on-board. The transition from worldliness to Christianity means the devil who used to fight for you will now fight against you, and the God whom you opposed will now stand with you. So, being a Christian does not mean one is exempted from the storms of life, rather he experiences more storms which come to test his faith. Some have been told that life would be easier once they turn to Christ. However, the truth of the matter is, life does not get easier but we always get better at handling its challenges the more we grow in godly knowledge and wisdom. Life does not become easy but we grow wiser in handling its situations. Life does not get easier but we get better at dealing with its challenges. You need to try to imagine a life without challenges. What is there to challenge you? Would there be a real meaning to such a life? Is such a life worth living? To live in this context is to pursue a positive and satisfying existence. You are bound to walk through challenges when you are determined to pursue a positive and satisfying existence. Life has to be approached with a positive attitude and the challenges which accompany it should be tackled with the right strategy. As you pace through the pages of this book, you will pick up that you can be moulded by what was meant to destroy you. As far as my life is concerned, I have experienced storms I thought I would never make out of them alive. However, some storms made more alive to God's purpose for my life.
