Flowerful Power

Flowerful Power is a coloring book that consists of 32 unique flower drawings suitable for people of all ages that want to explore their creativity, that love flowers, and coloring, and that wish to take advantage of the wonderful benefits of coloring meditation.

We all have an infinite source of energy inside of ourselves that most people don't know about. It's called CREATIVITY and it's best administered as a daily dose. We're often told early on in our life that doodling is not useful and coloring is for kids... But, coloring is a simple and easy way to be creative and treat yourself to some digital detox time. Have you ever seen stressed-out kids that are coloring?

It's said that coloring helps to relieve stress, expel negative thoughts, helps you achieve mindfulness and take a few moments for yourself, releases your creativity, and allows you to experience relief by altering your meditative state?

So switch off your brain, take a color break, and flow into a relaxation mindset. Be a kid again, embrace all the imperfect strokes of crayons and pencils on paper, and enjoy the process of coloring beautiful flowers. Remember, no stress, no time constraints, no perfection needed. Just be yourself and know that you're enough.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Kaisa Holsting, the creative and talented author of this coloring book, is an Estonian graphic designer, illustrator, known game designer as well as an artist that juggles around with different techniques and mediums. From acrylics to watercolors, from pens to pencilwork, she's doing it all at the same time. She's mostly known for her colorful flower paintings that play with triangles, galaxies, and black and white artworks and is a late bloomer that held her debut exhibition far away from her home country at the age of 32 in Galway, Ireland.

She describes herself like this, "I'm a not-so-grown-up adult, meaning that there's a little kid hidden inside of me that I love letting out of me to go play with other like-minded souls. If the "Inside Out" cartoon look of Joy is not a selling argument, then just take my word for it... I'm genuine, creative, funny to a certain extent, and highly motivated to spread my joy for artsy things and creativity with others."

In her previous career in the start-up and IT-field, she taught grown-ups technical and billing topics and also created creativity workshops, training courses, and organized events. She believes that everyone has creativity in them, grown-ups or adults just need a little more encouragement (compared to kids) to find their way back to their inner little kid who's not afraid to make mistakes or to make time for themselves.

So, she invites you to come and take time to play together with your inner kid and unwind your brain by coloring a few flowers!: )
