'Don't Forget that Life Rocks' was created by Larissa Grabois during the 2020 COVID-19 quarantine. This song lyric book was inspired by the concept of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which encourages replacement of negative thoughts with positive ones. With the help of colorful imagery created by a school-age artist Elie Whang and her own original upbeat music tune, Larissa aims to encourage children to resort to day-to-day positive things around them as tools to help them cope with the negative reality. Both the worksheet pages at the end of the story and a music track of the song available for download on major music platforms, offer an interactive and multi-sensorial approach to helping children achieve positive thinking.
