Understanding Cultural Diversity in Ministry - Vital to Kingdom Building, was established to encourage unity among all cultures and ethnicity. Though it is focused on the universal church and how God designed it to function, it is also expected to spread to the wider community. We are all God's creation and is designed to work together in harmony and peace. This book was also created as a thesis project which, based on major research, confirms that it is possible and beneficial for people to work together in harmony in a diverse global system. This will take hard work, open hearts and the unconditional love of God to humanity. Though the pigmentation of our skin shows a difference, we all require the same provisions for survival. We all bleed the same, have the same internal organs. It also reveals that prejudices are learned behavior and if persons are willing to integrate their differences, it would manifest itself as a beautiful flower garden consisting of various species of plants but yet still are all beautiful flowers. It can also be described as a box of puzzle when combined makes a beautiful artwork or picture. Christian, especially who believes that God created us in his image and likeness, should be first to set the example written in the bible that says, we are not to see ourselves better than our brothers and sister. We are all one and need each other to survive. Therefore, this book is a summary from a vast untapped research pool of information stretching around the world. Establishing unity is a decision, therefore, this book also reveals that many will not make the decision to make the cultural diversity adjustment, however, it only takes a spark to get the fire spreading. I pray this research thesis aim will hit bulls eye soon, especially within the church community. This community will ignite the fire of cultural diversity.
