291 Days: Chronicles from Thawra to the Beirut Blast

291 Days is a collection of writings that chronicles events in Lebanon between the October 17, 2019 Revolution and the August 4, 2020 Beirut Blast, and the aftermath that followed. It provides an alternative narrative to a shared experience and is made up of micro-stories, short anecdotes, and rallying calls, originally posted on the @OhMyHappiness account on Instagram. The posts have garnered tremendous traction on social media, and have now been collected into a book to honor, commemorate, and remember events that will undoubtedly shape the future of Lebanon for many years to come.
