Pseudomonas fluorescens, the microbe that has most efficient capacities in different areas such as plant growth promoting , Biofertilizer, Biodegradation, Bioremediation. In this project i have isolated and biochemically characterized Pseudomonas fluorescens from different places of south india and i have checked for it's efficieny on the different vegetable plants in generating the PGPR . I have done biometric analysis. I have also standardized Pseudomonas fluorescens in the biodegradation of silk industry effluent. Finally the napthol content of silk industry effluent was decresed which was screened bY HPLC. As a scholar i feel this is a god's gift to human world . I was very much glad to do my entire project and i am now excited to publish this too.
