Layout of a Sustainable Efl Department

For the increasing demand of business and other professional degrees in the job market, English as a foreign language (EFL) departments are experiencing tough time. At tertiary level, students are losing interest in taking English language or literature as major. On the other hand, English language and literature graduates are failing to build their desired career.
