Furthermore, this study examine the results of two analysis, vocabulary and reading comprehension learning, conducted with 15 Xian Jiao Tong Liverpool University students. This experiment was related to how well vocabulary and reading comprehension learning through the movie with and without captioning. In addition, the results revealed a lower rate incidental learning than expected in vocabulary learning, significantly higher score attained in reading comprehension with movie captioning.
