This book explores the importance of intercultural sensitivity in creating harmony among different cultural groups and in reducing anxiety and cultural conflicts. The intercultural sensitivity is found to have linked to everyday experience and formal education. Quantitative data analysis was introduced and applied in analyzing the relationship between intercultural sensitivity and international experiences, activities on campus and future career plans of college students major in international business. Qualitative data analysis was utilized to bring out the differences in intercultural sensitivity between students leaning toward ethnocentrism and students leaning toward ethnorelativism. Personal or indirect international experiences were concluded to have impacted on how students are interested in participating in international activities on campus or in pursuing advanced education oversea after graduation. The implications of linking intercultural sensitivity with curriculum design and students' international experiences were explored for leaders of business schools to consider for future improvements.
