Introduction Democracy is the dominating metaphor of twenty first century governance, especially after the dissolution of the Soviet Block. The domination is so well entrenched that today's governance, irrespective of the region of the globe, can only be significantly thought, philosophised and articulated in that metaphor. However, there is no one universal prescription of democracy.
