Billy "Jonesy" Jones, is an American soldier who is 20 going on 91. Chalk it up to losing his cousin, more like a brother, Jimmy, to the war in Afghanistan. Add a tour of his own. Throw in a horrendous hurricane that wreaks havoc with flooding on his hometown and the backbreaking, heartbreaking clean-up efforts afterward. He's said goodbye to his youth.
