Neuroplasticity is the new theory of how the brain can change/heal itself. With this knowledge, a creative technology was developed and used to improve cognition by artificially improving the thought processes of the human brain.

However, the technology developed, called the ithinkPad, was taken by a nefarious global organization, covertly supported by the CIA and the Pentagon, to be used for criminal activity.
