María Estela Edward, the author of this workbook, offers a guide for simple and practical activities that teachers, parents, and therapists can implement in and out of the classroom. These activities are quite easy to adapt to the age of development and cultural background of each child. The activities suggested in this book provide a series of strategies that include visual support, and can be executed from the same starting point, in this particular case, the book My Calming Backpack. The author wants to emphasize the importance of including ALL children in the different activities performed, led by the constant use of appropriate practices.
