The Other Place in the Sea

Two lovers, male and female, are stranded on an unknown island. They soon discover the island is inhabited by residents affected by an unexplained mutation on one side, and unaffected inhabitants on the other. The male tries to exploit the island's mysteries, but is stopped by another group of unaffected residents who have been order keepers on the island for years. This is a spec-fic novella with romantic overtones. Eventually, the female becomes very disillusioned with her mate, and takes up with the chief Guardian of the island. At the end they find hope in going back to the original home of the stranded woman, as a family. About the Author: I was born in Brooklyn, NY. I have a BA in English from Brooklyn College of CUNY. I am married. I now live in Easton, PA with my husband
