The McBays reached Waco, Texas and finally meet Cheyenne Decker. Then they see the land that they name "Autumn's Crossing." They build a large ranch house, a black smith shop and a one room school house. They acquire a sawmill and buy more land. With God's help they pull together as they encounter bad men, bad weather and to make matters worse a man eating mountain lion. But they make two trail drives and build a working ranch with the help of the cowboys they hire. Finally, Shermon and Cheyenne set a date to be married. Bob SelfI have always loved the outdoors and have also thought of what it would be like to travel by covered wagons over open trails. I am now seventy years young and have been married for fifty-one years. I love God, life, and my family. I hope that more than a million people get the chance to read my book series, and I hope that they enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it. I believe in miracles, I have seen many miracles in my own life, and I believe someday that there will be a movie made of my three books. Thanks for reading my second book, "The McBays at Autumn's Crossing." Watch for my third book, "The McBays Ace Angel Comes to Town" Bob Self, Author - 2018
