We here compare two cases involving alleged 'Novichok' poisoning. In both cases Russians were targeted and in both cases the Russian state was accused. But, where these events what they appeared to be? These events have done so much to damage East-West relations, and could they have been set up somehow? Are they being used to re-establish a cold war mentality? Can we ascertain, what really hapened?
