From Nowhere to Now Here

Without any notice, Nikki, a five-year-old girl, finds herself having to suddenly live with a father she hardly knows and his eccentric, unstable new wife. Nikki's stepmother takes great pleasure in humiliating her and coerces her to engage in illegal activities. After experiencing substantial abuse from her new guardians, and putting herself in a compromising situation, Nikki has to make the ultimate decision that could save her life but yet put her at significant risk. She decides to flee from her new home with only a backpack and a packet of biscuits. From that moment, life took her on an eventful journey where her primary battle was yet to start.
