It's election time again in the oil-rich West African country of Ibana. Politicians are frequenting poor communities in search of young men to recruit as thugs. To the chagrin of Sadiq, his best friend - a gang member - is quickly recruited. Gang rivalry becomes fierce as the elections draw closer. Young boys are pointlessly dying and in a fit of despair, Sadiq decides to act.
