The ultimate experiment of creating a pillow civilization on a new planet goes poorly and the Deity rejects its creation.

Isolated and untouched the new planet is discovered by the Cat Federation and the quest to survey the planet is in the paws of two low ranking engineers, Oliver, an uninterested lethargic cat and Jammer, a glutton who takes the rules very seriously. Equipped with their J08.80T, they discover this desolate planet is teetering on the edge of war.
