On a strange hot day in Chennai, Ikshudanva gets a call from MNC and gets a job in the company. He thinks his bad days are over. He works in clouds of flies and heaps of garbage along with rag pickers. The easy minded Chief Executive Officer - Vasistha relaxes and focus on financial charts and figures. While Ikshudhanva works in dump yard and hangs to crowded buses his big bosses in Delhi sits in Air Conditioned room and gives directions to capture new market and complete existing project. Another boss who is an NRI finds happiness in boozing in terrace. Finally Ikshudhanva walks out of the job leaving one month's salary as per the agreement.
