Anthem Anthology 2018 American Guild of Organists Convention Musicspoke

The 2018 AGO Anthem Anthology was a joint project between the American Guild of Organists, Grammy Award winning conductor Charles Bruffy, and MusicSpoke. Charles Bruffy selected sixteen composers (eight female and eight male) that represent a diverse spectrum of the musical practices taking place in churches across the country. The anthem anthology includes a range of music from simple pieces for two-part choir to more complex unaccompanied works. There are works for choir and organ, choir and piano, pieces that are traditional as well as music influenced by gospel and jazz traditions. The works in the anthology are available exclusively through MusicSpoke on the Charles Bruffy Sacred ICON series.
