Each chapter is offered through the eyes of ex-mobster / bodyguard, John Alite, of the ruthless Gambino Crime family. He spent sixteen years of his life in prisons across the globe. He also was the bodyguard for John Gotti Jr. The project is meant for young men and women to educate them on the horrors of prison life. It details all the rules and survival tips if you are ever sent away. In addition, to John's experiences there are interviews with psychologists, correction officers and ex-mobsters with their advice on prison life.
