Poems' Dreams

Can a painting be a poem? What image can a poem invoke? Here those questions are answered by Lanjing Zhou's art in words and colors. Inside, the reader/observer shall discover twenty-six original poems and watercolor drawings paired together under twenty-six searching themes. Each one, beckoning the other, both singing in coherent dissonance. The poems, originally written in a Chinese style, have been translated and paired and mounted together with the art, to provide a fully imagined experience. Poems have dreams too.
