The Crumbling Wall

This book is not about putting down Law Enforcement. It is about identifying why Law Enforcement isn't successful in America and how we have already identified that. We have already ignored those reasons for its failure but yet we continue to expect great men and women in this field to put their lives on the line in a system that is set up to fail. Whose fault is it that people of all races are being killed by the one's sworn to uphold the law? Politicians? The Chief's of Police that you and I put in place?
