Peraphania is a lovely little land full of rolling hills where the five-lobed petals of purple hibiscus dot acres and acres of lush green grass as far as the eye can see. Inhabitants live side-by-side in sincere harmony with their neighbors. It's a faraway Paradise whose tranquil way of life is about to be upended.

Enter the avaricious entrepreneur Jonathan B. Euchre, owner of Big Gyp's emporium, where shoppers place the ineffable charm of its proprietor above gouged prices and shoddy merchandise. With charm like this, Euchre tosses his shiny hat into the political arena. His primary opponent, the beloved Iman Le Doux, attempts to undo the chaos created by the whims of Euchre and his cronies.
