U. S. A., 2090. Most of Florida, Louisiana and parts of Texas are under water. The second secession has caused the break-up of the United States. The cities are crumbling, social order has collapsed, nature is reclaiming her own and humans are devolving into strange mutations. In Georgia, a State in the grip of the megacorporation BlackSpear, a game designer plays a strange and deadly game with two of Atlanta's top cops. Randy & Jean-Marc Lofficier have co-authored five screenplays, a number of animation teleplays, including Duck Tales and The Real Ghostbusters, a dozen books and numerous comic books and translations. Randy is a member of the Writers Guild of America, West and Mystery Writers of America. City is inspired by a classic science fiction novel from renowned French author Joël Houssin.
