Upon his return home, Horace Daniels, a war veteran, finds himself struggling with trying to re-adapt to being back in his hometown. With the help of his family, friends and the new woman in his life he is able to bring things back into perspective. Shortly after settling in, he joins the County Sheriff's Department and becomes a deputy. With a strong sense of duty and purpose, Daniels and his fellow deputies stand to uphold justice and restore order. But when a new liquid drug hits the streets the crime rate and violence escalates throughout the city. This nearly pushes Horace over the edge as he is constantly being faced with verbal insults and physical threats. With the support of his department, Horace decides that it's time to use his combat skills to put an end to the madness and bring down the culprits involved.
