God's Mystery: a Study on the Believer's Experience

"Stand by and see the salvation of our God" (Exodus 14:13) It is a mystery to see God at work in our lives, rather than seeing us at work in Him. We must jump into God's mystery with reckless abandon. This book will help believers move on into a deeper knowledge and relationship with Jesus. After all, in the end, it doesn't matter what you know or what you do as much as Whom you know and where you are. Johannes Devries came to Canada from his native Amsterdam in 1968, and has resided in Brampton, Ontario for most of that time. He and his wife, Myoka, currently worship at Heart Lake Baptist Church. Since finding Jesus as his Lord and Saviour, and being baptized in the Holy Spirit during the Jesus Movement that swept the continent during the early seventies, he has been active in the Christian community in a variety of leadership roles. A major part of this has been facilitating the teaching of the Bible in small groups.
