A Season in Blogs

A week by week account of Lincoln City's record breaking 2016/17 season, told through the blogs of the Stacey West. The whole journey is told through the eyes of a true fan as the events unfolded, from historic FA Cup matches against Oldham, Ipswich, Burnley and Arsenal, to the battle at the top of the National League. Rather than just a review of the season, this collection charts the journey of a lower league football fan as he watches his team develop into title winners. Anyone can write a book about what happened to Lincoln City this season, but the story can only be told by those who were there, those who have been there whilst the team were on their knees, those that have endured six years of abject misery as their proud club crumbled and all but died.
