It's a Wonderful Life... Really?

Life is hard. You don't need a book to tell you that. But wouldn't it be nice if you knew how to begin facing life's challenges so you came out the winner once in a while? While there is a place for positive thinking, the truth is that if you want to have a wonderful life, it takes work. Heart work.
