The Escrow

Jim Jones' wife has passed away and he's drained his life savings in a failed attempt to save her life. He's let himself and his home go and now he's behind in payments and must sell. He calls rookie realtor, Will Eden. A wily old realtor, Angie Reynolds submits an offer and the property is placed in escrow, but everything that can go wrong, does go wrong. Mr. Jones neglects to tell Will he's behind on payments. There is termite work, pool work and illegal addition, lender demands and the owners unruly dog to contend with as Will races the clock to get the escrow closed before the foreclosure date. In the meantime there's something else happening; Will realizes he's falling in love with the beautiful receptionist, Molly.
