MY BEST FRIENDS WIVES AND I. This is a story about me. I am an ordinary man that wants a little more in my life. I am married and have been for many years. I have my own car repair garage that is not doing well and a wife that works unsociable hours at the local Airport. Our relationship is fraught at times and our income is just covering the bills. We have a son who we adore and is passionate about swimming. On my 40th Birthday we throw a party in our house for all our friends. After a few drinks and a couple of close intimate dances. I start to imagine how many of my friends wives would go out with me for one special night of sex and passion. Its not long after I start to arrange my perfect birthday present to myself! A short while afterwards I arrange a well planned robbery using a motorbike. I needed enough money to give the girls the most romantic night out they have had for years. Unfortunately, unlike the robbery, the story has problems along the way! My first conquest is a air hostess and she agrees to meet me in London when she is on a back to back rota. At the same time as I collect a Rolls Royce to sell for my rich Great Uncle Don who I later find out is a gangster. Another wife agrees to a date when I recover her and her broken-down car. Later I remembered she likes the film The Bodyguard. So I take her out for a special night in a limo with some similarities to the film and an expensive night in a chateau. Work at the garage was getting scarcer and I'm chased all the time for money by different people. The next girl that was on my list was not so easy to persuade, and after a good night drinking and eating at their house I pop the question. She wasn't as willing as the first two and in fact she completely refuses me. Then after she thinks about it for a while, she comes for drink one dinner time to discuss it. Then I bump into an old mate one New Years Eve party with his stunning looking wife. I had fallen in love with this girl some time back over the clothes pegs in my son's infant school. I was dropping him off one day. We glanced at each other. She has an amazing smile that melted my heart. I convince her to go away with me up north and on our journey we rescue a family stuck in the snow. After a night in the log cabin, she tells me an extraordinary story about their little girl. Later on, I arrange to meet the hesitant girl in France. But my car breaks down on the way and I miss my chance, but spend the night in a small village with a girl that looks after me or so I thought! Afterward, I find out that the girl I didn't manage to meet has gone to see a friend in Cornwall on her own, so I follow her down there to try and find her. But because of an offshore party I struggle to find somewhere to stay. I manage to book us into a hotel in the harbor. But we have to go to the party and after a nice night on a large boat with some Cornish people we witness something horrifying. On my return I find the air-hostess's husbands' car on my drive again! After dropping my son off at school one day. I am horrified to see someone had beaten the girl with the amazing smile. After a conversation with my great uncle Don, he decides to sort the situation for me and get rid of the abusive husband altogether. But things go wrong! Things get more complicated when a couple of the girls start to have feelings for me and I have feelings for them! This easy to read, fun story is about lying, cheating, intrigue and passion! I am just finishing off the sequel to "My Best Friends' Wives And I" titled "Many Returns" Nicholas has more problems to sort out - especially when he meets an attractive young waitress. She is a mysterious girl - it turns out the name she is using is not the one she was born with!
