After spending time as E, the math genius, Liz, the teen dream, and Beth, the malcontent, Elizabeth Dashwood thinks she has finally found her place among Hope High School's elites. A terrible event just before her senior year thrusts her into the role of outcast. It isn't until she meets the new boy, Michael Summers, that she realizes life needs a little more of Elizabeth and a little less E, liz and Beth. Like Elizabeth, the new boy has spent his time reinventing himself as well, the only difference... he's been reinventing himself for decades...not years.
